Shipping & Returns
Our mission is to deliver authentic, fine Italian goods from the workshops, kitchens and studios of our artisans to your doorsteps.
- Standard shipping (2-6 days) is FREE for purchases above $39.
- For purchases below $39, please refer to the shipping charges calculated in your “cart”
- We ship to all 50 states, US Territories, and Mexico. However, additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery may take longer, when shipping outside of the contiguous 48 US states.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes
- Orders are shipped from Albuquerque, NM, with the exception of custom furniture orders, which will be shipped directly from Italy. Shipping costs for these orders will be determined on a case by case.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM Mountain Time, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM (MT) will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on a holiday or during a weekend, will be shipped the following business day.
- Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available in certain areas. Additional charges may apply.
- Expedite delivery, two- day or next day, is available depending on location. Additional charges will apply.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Orders over $200
Delivery of any product costing in excess of US $200 will require a signature acknowledging receipt to be delivered. Such products cannot be left at places of delivery stipulated in your order if you, or someone you have authorized to accept delivery, is not present to accept delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who is 18 years of age or older will be deemed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Once a product is delivered to you, or if a signature is required, delivery is signed for by you or by someone at the delivery address, responsibility for your purchased product(s) passes to you.
Wrong Address/Failed Delivery
If the merchandise is returned to Italisan.com because of the inability of UPS (or FedEx) to locate the delivery address due to an incorrect address, or after multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or because of the customer’s refusal of the delivery, or otherwise, Italisan.com will charge the customer for the shipping costs to return the merchandise to Italisan.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Delivery of Furniture and other Custom Items
Custom furniture orders will be shipped directly from our artisan shop in Italy to your doorsteps. Our team will contact you via phone or email to price and to schedule your furniture delivery.
Italisan’s Return Policy:
We hope you’ll love our unique Italisan products. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for refund or credit within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging and in their original conditions. Items received that do not meet these standards will be sent back to the customer.
All sales are final for the following categories of merchandise: all custom orders, intimate apparel, bathing suits, and food items. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your feedback is really important to us, and we will do anything in our power to make sure you are happy with our products and our service.
To return or exchange an item:
- Complete and submit the Merchandise Return Form found online at italisan.com/returns.
- Print the completed form.
- Pack and label your return. Include the original sales receipt and the printed Merchandise Return Form.
- Send your package through the same shipping service used for the original delivery. The package must be postmarked within 7 business days from the completion of the Merchandise Return Form. Please retain the tracking number and all shipping documentation until the refund process has been completed.
Returned items and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our office. Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase delivery confirmation or tracking, and to keep these records until the return process is completed.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once we receive the returned items. However, if any of the items are damaged when we receive them, you will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.
When returning a gift, follow the same procedure above for returns. An Italisan Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from Italisan.com.
Gift cards are not refundable.
Please allow 7 to 10 days for the processing of your return.
